The Town of Union's Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide active and passive recreational opportunities for its residents and their guests. To accomplish this goal, the department has developed ten specific park sites ranging from large park lands and sports facilities to small neighborhood parks. Within these facilities are pools, picnic tables and shelters, carousels, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, concession stands, playgrounds, sports fields and more.
A Recreation Center encompassing a gymnasium and activity room is located at Highland Park.
